Kissu Privacy Policy

Kissu is made by CoupleMood (Onur Demir). It is an app for two people to send each other hearts, notes and little surprises. It does not do surveillance: it does not collect or show your location, last seen time or read receipts. There are no ads and no tracking.
What we collect
- Account: We do not ask for your email or phone number. On first launch the app creates an anonymous account tied to your device.
- Your name (optional): The name that represents you on your partner's screen.
- What you send: Hearts, notes, drawings, lists, game moves, goals and surprises. Only the person you are paired with can see them.
- Surprise photos and voice notes: Deleted from the server the moment your partner opens them. If they are not opened, they are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
- Character photo (Pro): The photo you upload to create your own character is sent through our server to an AI service (Google Gemini) only to draw your character, and it is deleted when the drawing is done. The drawn character poses are shared between you and your partner.
- Notifications: If you allow notifications, we store your device's notification token and your app language so we can let you know when your partner sends something. A notification never contains the text of a note.
- Purchases: If you buy Kissu Pro, we store which plan you bought, when its period ends and the App Store's transaction identifier, linked to your anonymous account, so Pro can be turned on for you and your partner.
- Reports: When you tap "Report", the description you write and a short excerpt of the content are sent to us.
Storage and location
- Data is stored on Supabase servers in Europe (Frankfurt).
- Sent messages are deleted from the server after 30 days. The copies on your own device stay with you; you can delete them whenever you like.
- When either of you leaves the couple, the pairing ends for both and all of the couple's data on the server is deleted.
Payments
Payments are handled by the App Store. We never see your card details or your Apple Account. One purchase turns on Pro for both partners.
Your rights
- To delete your account and data: Settings → Privacy and safety → "Delete my account and data".
- To block someone: Settings → "Block and leave couple".
